12-slide structure

  1. Cover: company, one-line outcome, founder contact, the UAE/UAE base where relevant.
  2. Problem: who has the pain, how often it happens and what it costs.
  3. Customer: ideal customer profile, buyer, user and decision process.
  4. Solution: product workflow, demo screenshots and why now.
  5. Market: bottom-up segment sizing, beachhead market and expansion path.
  6. Traction: revenue, pilots, usage, waitlist, LOIs, retention or technical validation.
  7. Business model: price, gross margin, payback period and repeatability.
  8. Competition: alternatives, status quo and defensible difference.
  9. Go-to-market: first two channels, evidence and sales cycle.
  10. Team: founder-market fit, advisers and hiring gaps.
  11. Financials: 24-month forecast, burn, runway and key assumptions.
